- Understands that capital preservation is critical to long term wealth accumulation;

Key Investment Policies
- All investments must be secured by mortgages.
- The loan to value (LTV) on each individual mortgage may not exceed 75%.
- All mortgages require an independent property appraisal prior to investing.
- No more than 10% of the portfolio can be invested in commercial properties.
- No individual mortgage can account for more than 10% of the portfolio.
